Chanco Zaynukov Dominates in UFC Debut with Lopsided Decision Over Rzepecki

Magomed “Chanco” Zaynukov made his long-awaited UFC debut a statement win, sweeping Damian Rzepecki by unanimous decision. The Dagestani prospect controlled the striking and clinch exchanges across all three rounds at Etihad Arena.

Magomed Zaynukov finally stepped into the Octagon after months of buildup, and the undefeated lightweight left no doubt about his readiness. Facing fellow debutant Damian Rzepecki on the UFC Abu Dhabi card, the fighter known as Chanco or Wild Chanco put on a complete striking clinic that earned him a clean 30-27 sweep on every scorecard. From the first round Zaynukov dictated the pace with crisp combinations and heavy elbows in the clinch, forcing Rzepecki to eat shot after shot while struggling to find consistent answers. The only pause came from an early eye poke, but once the action resumed the Dagestani never let the Polish prospect settle into any rhythm.

Zaynukov’s Muay Thai background showed in the way he punished every attempt to close distance, turning Rzepecki’s clinch entries into opportunities for those nasty elbows that fans immediately noticed. By the third round the gap had only widened, with the Russian prospect continuing to press forward and land clean while Rzepecki absorbed damage and failed to mount any sustained offense. The judges saw it the same way across the board, and the win moved Zaynukov to a perfect 9-0 record while handing Rzepecki his first professional loss at 10-1. After the fight Zaynukov made his intentions clear, stating he is ready to fight anybody in the lightweight division.

This is exactly the kind of debut performance that turns heads inside the division. Zaynukov already carried serious hype coming out of Contender Series and his regional run, and the way he handled a tough, previously unbeaten opponent suggests the lightweight ranks just gained another dangerous name. The elbows, the pressure, and the complete control over fifteen minutes all point to a prospect who belongs at this level right away.
